NEW YORK, NY - September 12th, 2007 - Art in All of Us, an organization who works to develop artistic expression of some children of the world, will be displaying their photographs on Saturday, September 29th at the London Terrace Street Fair in New York City. The fair will run from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 24th street between 9th and 10th avenues.
The booth will be open all day for viewing. Photographs will also be available for purchase, with all proceeds to go to Art in All of Us initiatives.
Using artistic communication, Art in All of Us has introduced poetry, photography, and interactive art activities to children in remote places of the world. With art as a universal language, the organization works with children from all over the globe to break down the fear of other cultures. Art in All of Us recognizes the pure nature of children and art combined to emphasize the beauty of difference while binding cultures together.
Anthony Asael, founder and photographer of Art in All of Us, explains: 'We want to develop in the children the curiosity and desire for knowing their close and distant neighbors.'
Backed by UNICEF in New York, Art in All of Us has already visited 137 UN countries, with plans to visit at least one school of the 192 UN countries by the end
of 2008. In the last six months over 2,500 children from 53 different schools have participated in AiA programs.
Art in All of Us will be formally displaying their work in a gala exhibition in mid- November.
