Discovering new means of expression: Students have started using videos to communicate with other students around the globe.
From September to November 2008, schools in various countries were involved in our first school documentary project. The intent of the project is to show documentaries shot by students from various countries, each presenting their school for other students to watch. The content of the videos include anything from the learning environment, to the teachers in their classes, to the school, or the students themselves. It’s a new medium of artistic expression that upholds the values of AiA: educating children on what the world is like beyond their borders, through the eyes of their peers internationally.

If you would like to add your own school documentary please send an email to school(at)artinallofus.org, who will give you details and some hints on how to produce your own documentary.
